Pro subscriptions include a 3-day free trial. After the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial period ends.
Certain features of the App use third-party AI services (Anthropic Claude API) to process your text. When you use these features, your memory text is sent to Anthropic's servers for processing.
Your data is stored locally on your device and, if you enable iCloud sync, in your personal iCloud account. We do not store your data on our servers.

The App, including its design, code, features, and content, is the intellectual property of Smart Kiitös Oy. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.
You retain ownership of all content you create and store within the App.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Smart Kiitös Oy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part of it at any time, with or without notice.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, without regard to conflict of law principles.
