What Walked? Does

Walked? is a dog walking tracker that helps households coordinate who walked the dog and when. It is a convenience tool — not a veterinary service, pet health monitoring system, or a substitute for proper care.

Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the health and well-being of your dog
• Walk reminders are provided as a convenience and should not be relied upon as the sole method of managing your dog's care
• Missed notifications (due to device settings, Do Not Disturb, or other factors) are not the responsibility of Smart Kiitös Oy
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the walk schedules and records you enter into the app

Subscriptions & Purchases

Free Tier

Walked? offers core features for free:

• Up to 2 dogs
• Up to 2 walk slots per dog
• 1 family member (in addition to yourself)
• Home Screen Widget
• Basic notifications

Walked? Pro

Additional features are available through a paid subscription or one-time purchase:

• Yearly: $14.99/year (auto-renewing)
• Monthly: $1.99/month (auto-renewing)
• Lifetime: $39.99 (one-time purchase)

Subscription Terms

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings
• Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription
• Prices are in USD and may vary by region based on App Store pricing

All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

iCloud & Family Sharing

• Family Sharing uses Apple's CloudKit service and requires an iCloud account
• Data shared with family members is governed by Apple's iCloud terms of service
• You are responsible for managing who has access to your shared data
• Smart Kiitös Oy is not responsible for actions taken by people you invite to your shared household

Intellectual Property

Walked? and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Smart Kiitös Oy and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Walked? is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Accuracy or reliability of any information obtained through the app
• That defects will be corrected

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smart Kiitös Oy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data
• Pet health issues resulting from missed walks
• iCloud sync failures or delays
• Any other damages arising from use of the app

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
