What Tanklet Is

Tanklet is a virtual aquarium game published by Smart Kiitös Oy. The fish, tanks, currencies, eggs, and decorations in the app are fictional game content for entertainment. Tanklet is not a fishkeeping guide, and nothing in the app constitutes advice on the care of real animals.

Virtual Items & Currencies

• Coins, pearls, fish, eggs, decorations, and all other in-game items are virtual items with no real-world monetary value
• Virtual items cannot be exchanged for money, transferred outside the app, or redeemed for anything of value outside the game
• Purchased pearls are consumed within the game and, except where required by law or by Apple's refund policies, purchases are non-refundable
• We may rebalance the game economy (prices, earnings, drop rates) to keep the game fair and healthy; where drop rates change, the rates shown in the app are always the ones in effect
• We may adjust balances or items to correct bugs, exploits, or errors

Egg Hatch Odds

Some eggs can be purchased with virtual currency. The odds of each rarity are disclosed in the app before every purchase, and a guarantee ("pity") system ensures rare outcomes after a stated number of hatches. Hatching results are random within those disclosed odds.

Subscriptions & Purchases

Free Game

The full core game is free: tank care, collection, breeding, egg hatching, decorations, offline earnings (up to 8 hours per absence), and the Home Screen widget. Tanklet shows no ads.

Tanklet+ (optional subscription)

Tanklet+ is an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly) that adds comfort benefits:

• 2× coin yield
• Offline earnings extended from 8 to 24 hours
• Automatic feeding and cleaning while you are away
• A monthly pearl gift
• An exclusive decoration

The yearly plan may include a 7-day free trial. Prices are shown in the App Store and in the app before purchase, in your local currency.

Subscription Terms

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase (or after the free trial ends)
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings
• Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription
• Prices may vary by region based on App Store pricing

All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

iCloud Sync

• Save sync uses Apple's CloudKit service and requires an iCloud account; without one, the game runs locally
• Your save data in iCloud is governed by Apple's iCloud terms of service
• You are responsible for keeping your Apple ID secure; anyone using your devices and Apple ID can affect your save
• We cannot recover saves deleted from your device and iCloud, as we hold no copies

Fair Play

• Don't exploit bugs to gain currency or items — report them instead (we're grateful, and gentle)
• Don't tamper with the app, its save data, or the system clock to manipulate offline earnings
• Don't reverse engineer, decompile, or redistribute the app or its assets

Intellectual Property

Tanklet, 小小鱼缸, and all original content — including fish designs, artwork, animations, and game systems — are owned by Smart Kiitös Oy and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Screenshots and recordings of your own tank may be shared freely.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Tanklet is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• That the game, its economy, or its content will remain unchanged
• That defects will be corrected

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smart Kiitös Oy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of save data, virtual items, or game progress
• iCloud sync failures, conflicts, or delays
• Changes to game balance, content, or availability
• Any other damages arising from use of the app

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
